Dignified, determined, and deadly, Luna once shared the throne of Equestria and was the sovereign ruler of the night until she was forced from her position. Despite Discord tricking her into leaving Equestria vulnerable to heinous attacks, her heart is pure and she is dedicated to protecting the land and ponies she once ruled. Those who would stand against the Dreamwalker see her as an out-of-date, impotent, fossil from a bygone era since her 1000 year exile to the moon. With unfathomably powerful magic rivaled only by Celestia, she will prove them otherwise...the old fashioned way.

Discord lets out an amused laugh as he sizes up the hedgehog. "Those ponies weren't kidding when they said that those gems were unstable," the Draconequus notes amusedly as he uses his mismatched wings to lift himself from the ground and back to a standing position. "Oh, what fun this shall be, you'll surely make things much more interesting…"

The pink mare zips past Fluttershy and Rarity; both let out a squeak or yelp as flies by.
Applejack and Rainbow Dash dive out of the way as there almost struck by the hyperactive party pony.
“What in tarnation has gotten into her?” Applejack mutters out as she returns to a standing position and adjusts her hat.
Rainbow Dash flutters her wings and does the same. “Somepony probably mentioned ‘party’.”

Arriving at the large courtyard in front of the castle, the group walks right into a bee hive of activity. Numerous stallions and mares of all origins buzz around the castle square, all wearing ornate outfits, some even wearing battle armor, some covered in precious stones.
"What's going on here?" the lavender mare asks as she glances at the jumble of ponies.
"I dunno, it was like that when we got here," Sonic states as he crosses his arms behind his head.
